Police are looking to speak to a man (pictured) following the reports of a triple stabbing in Manchester City Centre.
At 11.45pm on Saturday, November 23, 2024, officers responded to reports of a stabbing in Piccadilly Gardens.
On arrival, police discovered two additional men who had suffered similar injuries on Mosley Street outside Barclays Bank. This incident is believed to be connected.
Emergency services attended and all three men were taken to the hospital with injuries.
Investigating officers have followed up with several lines of enquiry and are now asking for the public’s assistance.
Detective constable Caitlin Fallows said: “This was an incredibly concerning incident, and I firstly want to reassure people that we believe this to be a targeted attack, with no threat to the wider public.
“We are still investigating the full circumstances of this incident, and I would urge anyone with information to come forward and speak to us.
“Knife crime is a force priority, and we are committed to ensuring that victims get the justice they deserve.
