Police are appealing for information following a serious collision between a car and a motorcycle that left a 23-year-old man in a critical condition.
At around 4.15pm yesterday (Sunday), officers were called to the incident on Whitby Road in Oldham.
It is believed that a motorcycle was travelling south along Whitby Road and collided with a car that was turning into April Close.
Emergency services attended and took the rider (23) to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
No arrests have been made at this stage. The driver of the vehicle is assisting police with their enquiries.
Officers are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident – or may have dashcam, CCTV or mobile footage from the area at the time of the incident – to share it with officers to assist their enquiries.
