The Brit Fest gains major sponsorship for new Cheshire festival

Organisers of the newly announced Cheshire Music Festival The Brit Fest have joined forces with Myerson Solicitors on a key sponsorship deal for their 2024 event.

Myerson is the new headline sponsor of the new family friendly music festival celebrating the very best of Britain.

The event will take place between Friday, July 5 and Sunday, July 7, 2024 in the grounds of Ashley Hall and Showground in Altrincham.

Anthony and Edward Prophet are the organisers behind The Brit Fest.

Myerson’s sponsorship of the festival reflects their commitment to promoting diversity, inclusivity, excellence, and innovation. The team believes that music and cultural events have the remarkable ability to bring people from all walks of life together, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

The partnership aims to create memorable and enriching experiences for all, while supporting local businesses and nurturing a vibrant cultural community in Altrincham.

Incredible line-up

The Brit Fest Cheshire boasts an incredible line-up of three days of live music from artists hailing from the shores of Great Britain.

In addition, the event will also showcase a real celebration of British culture, the arts, fashion, food and drink, and classic cars – making the festival stand-out as a unique event.

Headline acts for The Brit Fest Cheshire 2024 include Scouting For Girls, Kim Wilde, Heather Small, The Feeling, Fleur East, Cast, Tom Bailey of the Thompson Twins, Starsailor, Toploader, Reef, Dodgy, Lottery Winners, Hot Chocolate, Nik Kershaw, Paul Young, The Bluetones, The Christians and Tunde Baiyewu from The Lighthouse Family.

In addition to a full programme of live music, the festival will boast an entire weekend of fun activities to keep the family entertained spanning the 100-acre site.

Attractions include vintage fairground, white knuckle rides, free family cinema, woodcraft and whittling, food and drink festival, artisan market, garden party, festival village green, wellness in the wild with yoga, classic cars, as well as a chance to meet Team GB athletes and the Extreme Mountain Bike Show.

Myerson Solicitors

Myerson has been located on Barrington Road, Altrincham, since 1982. More than 140 dedicated professionals work at Myerson, many of whom reside locally and have deep connections with the local community.

The team provides legal services to individuals and businesses, covering a wide range of areas including corporate, commercial, insolvency, dispute resolution, employment, private client areas and all aspects of property and construction law.

Myerson is listed as a Top 200 UK law firm and recently been recognised as the Health and Wellbeing Champions at the Manchester Legal Awards for 2023.

Myerson Solicitors CEO Carl Newton said:We chose to sponsor a music festival because we recognise the tremendous impact that music and cultural events have on society.

“When approached by The Brit Fest team to lend our support, we were happy to contribute to an event that can greatly benefit local businesses in Altrincham, while simultaneously celebrating with the community. Despite the apparent differences between law and music, these two fields share a connection through their reliance on creativity, interpretation, communication, structure, emotional impact, and collaboration. Both contribute to the richness of human experience, shaping culture, expression, and social dynamics.

“We believe in supporting and celebrating the arts and it allows us to demonstrate our appreciation for creativity, innovation, and the vibrant cultural landscape that music festivals embody.”

The Brit Fest Cheshire organisers Anthony and Edward Prophet commented: “We are thrilled to announce Myerson’s as headline sponsors of The Brit Fest Cheshire 2024, and we are really excited to be working together. We believe we have the same aims and objectives on delivering a festival for our region and with their support we can make this event very special.

“We are both committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of our work, just as The Brit Fest strives to deliver an exceptional experience to its attendees. We both recognise the importance of fostering innovation and pushing boundaries to create unforgettable moments. By working together, we aim to contribute to the dynamic cultural landscape of Altrincham.
