Independent Vinyl records store opens in Altrincham

An independent vinyl records shop, Tasty Records, has just opened at 25 Regent Road, Altrincham.

Ben Molesworth, the owner said: “I’ve been dealing in vinyl records for five years and this is the perfect place to open a new serious store, Tasty Records, which we hope to be in for the next 50 years.  We cover every genre and deal with new releases and are official Record Store Day partners”.

The small boutique outlet is in an excellent location close to the Market Quarter and surrounded by the key new developments in this area. It has taken a four year lease on the 500 sq ft retail unit.

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who let the retail unit on behalf of a private landlord said: “This area is certainly looking set to become Altrincham’s next hot spot which is borne out by the fact that we let this unit within three days of it coming available”.
