Strength Of North West Property Market Leads to Growth of GVA In The Region

STRONG activity in the North West property market has led to GVA growing the team in its Manchester office to meet the demand.

GVA has appointed eight new members of staff, further strengthening its multi-disciplinary property offer in the region.

Four of the new starters have joined the Building Consultancy team; one in the Investment team; one in Planning, Development and Regeneration team; one in the Industrial team, and one in the Rating team.

The appointment of Elaine Glasgow – senior building surveyor, Andy Brooks – senior quantity surveyor, Rhian Griffiths – quantity surveyor, and Fergus Lowry – building surveyor has bolstered the Building Consultancy team.

While Matt Jones joins the Investment team as a surveyor; Ella Woodward joins Planning, Development and Regeneration as a development surveyor; Tristan Wooller joins the Industrial team as senior surveyor; and Toby Bolton joins the Rating team as a surveyor.

GVA Regional Senior Director Chris Cheap said: “With the continued performance of North West property markets, there is a strong demand for our services across all sectors.
